All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. Direct to Garment (DTG) and other print-on-demand items usually ship in 4-5 days (BUT fulfillment has been backed up due to COVID, so wait times may be longer than normal). You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. ( Contact us ) and we will replace those items.

Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Check out our refund policy section to know if your case is eligible for a return.

Mystery boxes (or large envelope) are filled with two T-shirts. You pick your size, we pick the designs. Shirts may be cotton, cotton/polyester, or triblend fabric. Mystery tubes contain 3 randomly selected screen-printed gig posters and/or art prints from our archives. Some posters may contain dinged corners or minor imperfections, but are perfectly good for framing. No returns, exchanges or requests. Though if you already have shirts or posters that you do not wish to duplicate, you may list them in the notes sections of your order. Limit 2 per customer.
